How It Works

On average, each portrait takes about 5 minutes to complete.

I work on high-quality A5 watercolor paper, capturing each guest’s likeness with a focus on their clothing and hairstyle, but leaving out facial features.

When guests come to the art station, I will take a photo of them and create their portrait on-site. The artwork will be ready for collection later in the event, allowing guests to fully enjoy the celebration without waiting! Of course, guests can also stay and enjoy watching the painting process as part of the entertainment.

Once finished, the portraits will be displayed on the table and carefully packaged for guests to take home before they leave.

Booking Your Event

To begin, simply fill out the inquiry form below or send me an email at tanyahayek@hotmail.com with your event details, including your preferred date and location, and I’ll confirm availability. From there, we can schedule a call to go over the event specifics.

A 50% non-refundable deposit and a signed agreement are required to secure your booking. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event.

Travel and Additional Fees

I’m based in Dubai but available for travel worldwide. For events in Dubai, no additional travel fees apply.

For locations outside Dubai, I charge a travel fee to cover flight, hotel, and transportation expenses.

Please note that while I will try to paint as many guests as possible, there’s no guarantee that every guest will receive a portrait during the event. However, if you’d like every guest to have a portrait, I can finish them post-event at an hourly rate of €250/hour.

All completed portraits will be shipped to your address, with shipping costs covered by the client.

Art Station Setup

I’ll arrive 30-60 minutes before the event begins to set up the painting station.

The venue typically provides a large table, linen, and chair for the art station.

The table should be placed in a dry area with sufficient lighting, or close to an accessible outlet for lamps to ensure optimal visibility while painting.
