Custom House Portrait | Watercolor Painting of Your Home or Building

Your home, painted by an architect's hand.

Before becoming an artist, I trained and practised as an architect. I still see buildings the way I learned to: proportions, light on a facade, the rhythm of windows and shutters, the details that give a place its character. Each house portrait is drawn with that precision, then painted by hand in my illustrative watercolor style.

A family home, your first apartment, a villa on the coast, the venue where you said "I do", a favorite café, hotel or boutique. Every building that holds a story deserves to be kept.

Each piece is hand-painted on 300gsm watercolor paper with a matte finish, on a clean white background.

Sizes
A5 (14.8 x 21 cm / 5.8 x 8.3 in)
A4 (21 x 29.7 cm / 8.3 x 11.7 in)
A3 (29.7 x 42 cm / 11.7 x 16.5 in)

What I can paint
Family homes and childhood houses, villas and holiday homes, apartment buildings, farmhouses and cottages, chateaux and historic houses, wedding venues, churches and chapels, hotels and restaurants, shop and boutique facades, offices and headquarters, and iconic landmarks. Names, an address or a date can be added in hand lettering.

A meaningful gift for every occasion
Housewarmings, a new home, weddings and anniversaries, a family home being sold, retirements, Christmas, Mother's and Father's Day, and memorial gifts. Real estate agents use house portraits as closing gifts for their clients. Hotels, restaurants and brands commission them for gifting, menus, stationery and events.

How it works
1. Choose your size and place your order.
2. Email me at tanyahayek@hotmail.com with clear photos of the building: the front facade, taken straight on in daylight, plus any details you love.
3. I confirm the composition and an estimated completion date, then paint your piece by hand.
